Intellectual Property Rights provisions of Regional Trade Agreements across ASEAN Countries

This paper examines how ASEAN’s Trade Agreements may facilitate the development of technology and innovation across their tariff systems applied to tech related products and services. It compares ASEAN’s non-binding instruments and the provisions of its Mega-Regional Trade Agreements and proposes metrics to appraise the impacts of the Mega-Regional Agreements on IPRs protection in ASEAN countries.
