On 16–19 January 2012, CIL and the British Institute of International and Comparative Law jointly conducted an international workshop on treaty law and practice in Singapore.

This workshop report provides a summary of the proceedings and discussions undertaken during the workshop, and an overview of a larger research project on best treaty practice.
