Overview
The International Dispute Resolution group has completed research projects on investor-state disputes and dispute settlement mechanisms in international treaties.
Major programmes include the Singapore International Arbitration Academy and the International Law Year-in-Review conference. The Practice Fellowship scheme trains young Singaporean lawyers in the practice of international law through their involvement in various cases with leading practitioners in the field.
