TRILA Sri Lanka Workshop was held from 7 to 8 June 2019 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The TRILA team’s partner institution here was the Faculty of Law of University of Colombo. 35 Sri Lankan scholars attended this workshop.
A distinctive feature of TRILA Sri Lanka was the discussion on how international law perspectives could be incorporated in teaching other areas of law—for example, property law or contract law. A part of the programme was also the presentation by junior scholars of their works-in-progress.
