CIL is pleased to announce the successful run of the 2015 Singapore International Arbitration Academy from 18 to 29 November 2015 at the NUS Bukit Timah Campus in Singapore. Its 11-day intensive programme blended together theory, substantive and procedural law, and skills training in the field of investor-State arbitration and attracted more than 40 participants from government service, private practice and legal academia. The 2015 Academy was yet another unparalleled opportunity for government and private practitioners, in-house counsel and law professors in the Asia-Pacific region and from around the world to meet and interact with luminaries of international arbitration, and develop new professional relationships. Enrolment in the Academy included attendance at the CIL Investment Law & Practice Conferences which brought together top leading practitioners and legal academics to discuss investment treaty law and practice. Planning for the 2016 Academy is already underway. For more information about the 2015 Academy, click here. To be updated on the 2016 Academy, please join the CIL mailing list here.
