CIL hosted a visit by Mr David Unterhalter SC, Chairman of the Appellate Body of the World Trade Organisation (WTO), on 19 September 2012. Mr Unterhalter, who is based in South Africa, was in Singapore as a guest of the Attorney-General’s Chambers. He delivered a lecture entitled, “What is the Future of the WTO Dispute Settlement System?” on 17 September 2012. Mr Unterhalter met with CIL Deputy Director Dr R. Navin, Dean of the Faculty of Law Prof Simon Chesterman and Vice Dean (Research) of the Faculty of Law Prof Stephen Girvin during his trip to the Bukit Timah Campus.
