The CIL Governing Board and staff wish to record our deep and sincere appreciation to Professor Lucy Reed for her outstanding leadership of and contributions to the Centre for the past three and a half years. With her years of experience as an international lawyer and arbitrator, Lucy has brought about many changes to CIL and launched new programmes like the annual International Law Year in Review conference and the ASEAN Law Academy. She has made the Centre a thought leader in numerous areas of international law. We wish Lucy all the very best in her new endeavors as a full-time, independent arbitrator!
