CIL Research Fellow, Dita Liliansa, served as a speaker in the “Maritime Law and Governance” panel session for the ASEAN-Australia Maritime Cooperation Forum. The conference took place during the 2024 ASEAN-Australia Special Summit, held in Melbourne, Australia, from 4^th to 6^th March 2024. She shared the panel alongside Professor Douglas Guilfoyle (UNSW Canberra), Dr Nguyen Thi Lan Anh (Diplomatic Academy of Viet Nam), Professor Stuart Kaye (University of Wollongong), and Professor Jay Batongbacal (University of the Philippines). The panel discussed various legal issues in Southeast Asia and lessons/best practices on regional maritime cooperation.
