CIL Research Fellow, Dita Liliansa, participated in the Inaugural Meeting of the International Law Association (ILA) Committee on Protection of People at Sea, and the ‘Conference on Jurisdiction and Its Contribution to the Protection of Human Rights at Sea,’ held in Milan, Italy, from March 7th to 8th, 2024. As a member of the Committee nominated by the ILA Singapore Branch, Dita will contribute to the Committee’s work for the next 4 (four) years, focusing on the jurisdiction of states for the purpose of protecting people at sea.
