CIL Research Fellow, Dita Liliansa, presented in the ‘6^th Annual Alexander C. Cushing International Law Conference’ held in the U.S. Naval War College, Newport, Rhode Island, United States, from 14^th to 16^th of May 2024. Her presentation, centered on the theme “Commercial Vessels in the Law of Naval Warfare,” drew insights from her recent publication in the Asia-Pacific Journal of Ocean Law and Policy, Volume 8(2) (2023).
