Dita Liliansa Speaks on Emerging Maritime Security Issues at RSIS–King’s College London Workshop
CIL Research Fellow Dita Liliansa spoke at the RSIS–King’s College London Workshop, held on the sidelines of the 9th International Maritime Security Conference (IMSC) in Singapore from 7 to 8 May 2025. Organised by the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), the workshop featured leading experts on maritime security. Dita served as a panellist on Panel 2 on Emerging Maritime Security Concerns, alongside Professor Jay Batongbacal (University of the Philippines), Professor Raul “Pete” Pedrozo (U.S. Naval War College), and Senior Colonel (Ret.) Zhou Bo (Tsinghua University). The panel explored legal and political dimensions of unmanned systems and the evolving nexus between space and maritime security.
