Chan Sze-Wei attended the panel “Is ASEAN Ready for Timor Leste?” at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Publicy Policy (LKYSPP) which featured CIL’s Johan Pahlephi alongside Dr Denis Hew of the LKYSPP Centre on Asia and Globalisation, and Dr Julia Lau from the ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute.
