Article 14 – Dispute Settlement
The ASEAN Protocol on Enhanced Dispute Settlement Mechanism, signed on 29 November 2004 in Vientiane, Lao PDR, or its successor, shall apply in relation to disputes concerning the implementation, interpretation, or application of this Agreement.

Article 18 – Final Provisions
This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of the deposit of the Instrument of Ratification, Approval, or Acceptance by the tenth Member State with the Secretary-General of ASEAN.
