Article 13 ‘Entry into Force’: “1. This Convention shall enter into force on the thirtieth day following the date of deposit of the seventh instrument of ratification or acceptance. 2. Thereafter this Convention shall enter into force for each ratifying, accepting or acceding State on the thirtieth day after deposit by such State of its instrument of ratification, acceptance or accession.” |
