CIL Senior Research Fellow Dr Hao Duy Phan was invited to speak at the Workshop on Maritime Security and the Marine Environment on 30 March 2015 in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA. Hao Duy Phan delivered a presentation on ‘Global Regimes for Protection and Preservation of the Marine Environment: An Overview’. The Workshop was organised by the United States Council for Security Cooperation in the Asia Pacific (USCSCAP) in conjunction with the Inter-Sessional Meeting of the ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) on Maritime Security.
