On 7 and 8 July 2021 Prof Robert Beckman gave lectures to officers from the 20 contracting parties to the Regional Cooperation Agreement on Countering Piracy and Armed Robbery against Ships in Asia (ReCAAP). The lectures were part of the capacity-building programme of the ReCAAP Information Sharing Centre (IFC) based in Singapore.
