This draft of the 1984 Supplementary Agreement to the Basic Agreement on ASEAN Industrial Projects – ASEAN Vaccine Project (Singapore) was initialled at Jakarta, Indonesia, at the Informal Meeting of the ASEAN Economic Ministers on 16 January 1984 but was not officially signed as Singapore subsequently withdrew from the AIP scheme. |
