Head of Nuclear Law & Policy, Denise Cheong and Research Fellow Nivedita S were invited to participate in a closed-door workshop organized by the Center for Korean Legal Studies (CKLS) at Columbia Law School. The workshop focused on nuclear and ocean governance issues and was held virtually on 19 October 2023.
