asil-150CIL Head of Trade and Investment Law and Policy, Assoc Prof. Michael Ewing Chow, and five CIL Research Associates, Mr. Leonardo Bernard, Ms. Tara Maria Davenport, Ms. Liu Gehuan, Ms. Mayla Fermina Alonzo Ibanez, and Ms. Ranyta Yusran presented their papers on various fields of law at the 8th Asian Law Institute’s (ASLI) Conference held in Kyushu University, Fukuoka, Japan. The theme for this year’s ASLI Conference was ‘Law in Sustainable Asia’. The conference was attended by 141 scholars and researchers from Asia and the Pacific regions, as well as from Belgium, Italy, and the United States. Papers presented by CIL Researches for the Conference can be found below. Please note that these are still working papers and are subject to further revisions/amendments.
