On 30 November 2022, Emeritus Prof Robert Beckman made a presentation at the Fourth ASEAN Regional Forum Workshop on Implementing UNCLOS and other International Instruments to address Emerging Maritime Issues. The hybrid Workshop was hosted by the Foreign Ministry of Vietnam and co-chaired by foreign ministries of Vietnam, the EU, Australia and New Zealand. Prof Beckman made a presentation in Session 1 on Rights and Obligations under UNCLOS and Related Instruments.
