CIL Research Associate, Dita Liliansa, was invited to deliver a guest lecture on ‘Archipelagic States and Sea Level Rise’ at the Singapore Management University (SMU) Yong Pung How School of Law on 2 February 2023. The lecture was part of the course ‘Sustainable Ocean Law and Governance,’ taught by Associate Professor Nengye Liu.
