Dita Liliansa at the ‘Changing Dynamics in Southeast Asian Maritime Affairs’ Dialogue

CIL Research Fellow, Dita Liliansa, participated in the ‘Changing Dynamics in Southeast Asian Maritime Affairs’ Dialogue held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from the 8th to the 11th of May 2024. This maritime dialogue was organised by the Hollings Center for International Dialogue and attended by academics and practitioners from Southeast Asia and the United States. She delivered introductory remarks for Session 4 on “Non-Traditional Maritime Security Issues: Combating Piracy, Illegal Fishing and Human Trafficking,” focusing on the forced labor and trafficking aspects of Illegal, Unreported, and Unregulated (IUU) fishing.
