Dita Liliansa at the Workshop on Land, Sea, and Archipelago: The Conflict in the South China Sea and New Directions in Geopolitics


Dita Liliansa delivered a presentation titled “Indonesia’s Archipelagic State Concept: History and Development” at the Workshop on Land, Sea, and Archipelago: The Conflict in the South China Sea and New Directions in Geopolitics (Hybrid, 8 June 2023). The workshop was organised by the Alfred Deakin Institute for Citizenship and Globalisation (ADI), Deakin University, in Melbourne, Australia on June 8, 2023 (hybrid). In her presentation, she discussed Indonesia’s strategy to achieve international recognition of the archipelagic state concept and highlighted some recent developments such as the passage rights of AUKUS submarines through Indonesian waters.
