CIL Research Fellow, Dita Liliansa, spoke at the 35^th International Military Law and Operations (MILOPS) Conference, held in Manila, Philippines, from August 27-30, 2024. She presented on the panel titled “The Future of Neutrality: Is Qualified Neutrality Changing the Law of Naval Warfare?” alongside Professor Stuart Kaye from the Australian National Centre for Ocean Resources & Security (ANCORS). The conference, organised and sponsored by the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, brought together participants from over 29 nations.
