CIL Research Fellow Dr Su Wai Mon participated in the Young Leaders’ Programme at the 23rd Asia Security Summit: Shangri-La Dialogue, organised by the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS). As an invited participant, she actively contributed to discussions on regional security, with a particular focus on maritime security governance, emerging cyber threats in the maritime domain, and the governance of critical undersea infrastructure.
