Co-Head of CIL’s Oceans Law and Policy Programme, Dr Tara Davenport was invited as a trainer in the International Seabed Authority’s (ISA) E-Learning Platform “Deep Dive” which is the first and only e-learning experience devised by an intergovernmental organization to equip participants with specialized knowledge of governance of deep seabed mining activities under Part XI of UNCLOS and is part of the capacity-building mission of the ISA.
