Robert Beckman participated in the 3rd ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) Workshop on Implementing UNCLOS and other International Instruments to address Emerging Issues. The Workshop was held on 1-2 June as a mixed event in Vietnam and via Video Conference. Prof Beckman spoke in Session 1 on Emerging Challenges in the Maritime Domain.
