Enzo Elia participated in the 2026 Harvard International Law Journal Symposium, hosted at Harvard Law School, on February 28.
The day brought together leading academics, practitioners, and policymakers for a rich series of discussions on some of the most pressing issues in international law today - from the implications of the ICJ Climate Change Advisory Opinion for disappearing states and energy sovereignty, to the governance challenges surrounding seabed mining and critical minerals, the regulation of artificial intelligence, the fragmentation of international economic law through tariffs and sanctions, and corporate responsibility in conflict and peacebuilding.
It was a thought-provoking event that underscored how interconnected these global challenges truly are, and how much the legal frameworks we build today will shape the world ahead.
