CIL Research Fellow, Liu Yulu, presented at the InterAct Conference International Law-Making: Actors in Shipping and Climate Change, organised by the Centre for Climate Change Law and Governance (CLIMA), University of Copenhagen, from 26-27 May 2024. Her presentation discussed the applicability of IMO regulations in regard to reducing greenhouse gas emissions from fishing vessels and possible ways forward.
