CIL Research Fellow Liu Yulu presented at the Workshop on Low-Carbon Ocean Economy Policies of APEC Economies (OFWG 07 2024S) at the 2024 Global Ocean Development Forum, Qingdao, 24 October 2024
Yulu was invited to share on the theme ‘Policies and Best Practices on Low-Carbon Ocean Economy Development of Singapore’ in Session 3 where participants from China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Russia also shared relevant policies and practices of their economies. This APEC OFWG project aims to facilitate experience sharing on low-carbon ocean economy and blue carbon management, and promoting partnership among APEC economies.
