On 12 September 2024 Prof Robert Beckman spoke at the World Maritime University (WMU) in Malmo, Sweden. The title of his presentation was “Challenges in Regulating the Dark Fleet – Lessons from Southeast Asia”. Prof Beckman was introduced by the President of WMU, Prof Max Mejia. His presentation was followed by a lively discussion with students and faculty from WMU.
