CIL co-convened a  closed door by invitation only workshop on Cyber Accountability in Asia: Navigating Norms and Legal Frameworks on 22 Oct 2025 as a side event during the Singapore International Cyber Week 2025.  This initiative was convened in collaboration with Global Affairs Canada, the Stimson Center and the Centre of Excellence for National Security (CENS), S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies. The objective was to engage in a dialogue on  strengthening cyber accountability, exploring regional approaches to cyber accountability within the framework of international law and norms.  CIL’s Danielle Yeow, Samuel White, Hla Yadanar Win and Trisha Unnakrishnnan participated in the workshop with Danielle providing kick off remarks and reactions to a scene setting presentation on “Draft recommendations and findings on cyber accountability in Southeast Asia”.
