CIL research fellow Su Wai Mon recently participated in the SEACAT 2024 at Concorde Hotel Singapore. She participated in the discussions at the Maritime Security Seminars from 13-15 August and exchanged views with speakers and the participants relating to the issues of submarine cables governance and regulation of informal ports in the region.
