“This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of signature by all the member countries and shall remain in force until it is terminated by the decision of all Foreign Ministers.”

This Agreement was signed by the Foreign Ministers of Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand.

The 1994 Agreement for the Establishment of a Fund for ASEAN which terminates this Agreement, was terminated by the 2005 Agreement on the Establishment of an ASEAN Development Fund.
