Additional Information	The meeting was attended by delegations from 40 Contracting Parties to the London Convention 1972, with the Philippines as the only ASEAN country present. The Guidelines are intended for use by the national authorities responsible for implementing/regulating dumping of wastes under the 1972 London Convention or the 1996 London Protocol. It is titled as Annex 2 to the Report of the 19th Consultative Meeting of the Contracting Parties to the Convention on the Prevention of Marine Pollution by Dumping or Wastes and Other Matter.
