Article 27.  Settlement of Disputes

“Any dispute between Parties as to the interpretation or application of, or compliance with, this Agreement or any protocol thereto, shall be settled amicably by consultation or negotiation.”

Article 29: Entry Into Force

“1. This Agreement shall enter into force on the sixtieth day after the deposit of the sixth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.

2. For each Member State ratifying, accepting, approving or acceding to the Agreement after the deposit of the sixty instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, the Agreement shall enter into force on the sixtieth day after the deposit by such Member State of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.”
