Entry into Force / Termination Provisions	Article X “1. This Memorandum of Understanding will come into effect upon signature by the Parties and will remain in force for a period five (5) years, and may be extended for an additional period of two (2) years with the consensus of all Parties. 2. This Memorandum of Understanding may be terminated by a Party giving six (6) months’ written notice prior to the intended date of termination to the other Parties. Termination will not affect the implementation of activities or programmes that were decided upon or any ongoing activity or program prior to the date of the termination of this Memorandum of Understanding.”
