Entry into Force / Termination Provisions	“Paragraph 10: Duration and Termination 1. This Memorandum of Understanding will come into effect upon signature and will continue in effect for a period of six (6) years and will be automatically renewed for further periods of six (6) years, unless earlier terminated. 2. Each Participant may give written notice to the other of its intention to terminate this Memorandum of Understanding. Such termination will be effective thirty (30) days after written notification has been given to the other Participant. The termination of this Memorandum of Understanding will not affect the implementation of ongoing activities/programs.”
