A 20-member delegation from Office of the Council of State of Thailand headed by Deputy Secretary-General Mr Chukiert Ratanachaichan visited CIL on 23 April 2013. The Office of the Council of State is a department under the Prime Minister of Thailand that provides legal advice to Thai State Agencies. The purpose of the visit was to get a better understanding of the CIL Documents Database and to explore cooperation opportunities between the two institutions. The session began with welcome remarks from CIL’s Deputy Director, Dr. R. Navin, and continued with a presentation on the CIL Documents Database by CIL Research Associate, Ms. Ranyta Yusran, and CIL’s Communication Consultant, Ms. Anita Perera.
