On 13 July 2015, Professor Tommy Koh, the Chairman of CIL’s Governing Board, served as the Commencement Speaker at the 2015 Commencement Ceremony of the NUS Faculty of Law and Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. Professor Koh has a strong connection to both institutions as he has been a member of the Faculty of Law since 1962 and has been a governor of the LKY School of Public Policy since its inception.
