Professor Tommy Koh, Chairman of CIL’s Governing Board, was the keynote speaker at the Singapore Regional Business Forum in Singapore on 27 July 2015. The Singapore Business Federation organised the Singapore Regional Business Forum with the theme ’21st Century Maritime Silk Road’.
