CIL Research Associate Maria Pia Benosa’s encyclopedia entries on Philippine state practice in international law included in Encyclopedia of Public International Law in Asia
CIL Research Associate Maria Pia Benosa’s encyclopedia entries on Philippine state practice in international law, among others, are included in Volume 2 (Southeast Asia) of the recently launched Encyclopedia of Public International Law in Asia (Brill Nijhoff, 2021; Series Editor: Prof. Seokwoo Lee (Inha University Law School); Philippine Volume Editor: Prof. Rommel J. Casis (University of the Philippines College of Law)). Ms. Benosa contributed over a dozen encyclopedia entries* spanning her home country’s state practice in the Law of the Sea and International Humanitarian Law, among others, and assisted with editorial work on the state volume.
