CIL Research Associate Maria Pia Benosa’s book chapter on “Limits on the Use of Force at Sea in the Jurisprudence of ITLOS” is included in the recent publication Case-Law and the Development of International Law: Contributions by International Courts and Tribunals (Brill Nijhoff, 2021). The volume is edited by CIL Adjunct Senior Research Fellow and eAcademy Co-Director Prof. Patricia Galvão Teles and Prof. Manuel Almeida Ribeiro (Universidade de Lisboa).
