e. CIL and UNFCCC Secretariat co-convened a closed door interactve workshop on Climate Change Law and Policy Capacity Building Workshop on "What did COP 26 mean for the Asia Pacific Region and what to expect next? (27 and 28 April 2022), featuring a range of expert speakers comprising of members of the UNFCCC secretariat , current and former negotiators and academics. The participants comprised primarily for government officials from the Asia Pacific Region.

h. Closed-door ASEAN-Plus Conversation about Investment Treaties and Climate Change (25 May 2023) Government officials from Australia, Brunei, Indonesia, Japan, Korean, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam participated in the discussion, which was moderated by N Jansen Calamita, Head Investment Law & Policy, CIL. Danielle Yeow, Lead Climate Change Law and Policy provided a briefing on outcomes of the COP27 meetings and the status of related developments in ASEAN Members States. David Gaukrodger, Senior Legal Adviser, OECD Investment Division, and Prof Lauge Poulsen, Chair, OECD Project on Climate Change and Investment and took part in the discussion, which allowed participants to improve their understanding of regional interests, priorities and policies for the climate and investment.
i. 2023 Bonn Climate Change Conference Global Stocktake Poster Presentation (07 June 2023). CIL, in partnership with Durham University and the International Cryosphere Climate Initiative presented a poster based on a submission to the Global Stocktake at the 58th session of the subsidiary bodies in Bonn. The aim of the the poster in Bonn was to facilitate important dialogue on the intersection between climate change law, policy, and science and foster greater interdisciplinary collaboration in pursuing climate action.
