This proposal for this joint venture project and the text of this agreement was approved and initialled by the ASEAN Economic Ministers in November 1982. According to the practice of the time, the agreement was then to have been sent on for signing by the Foreign Ministers of ASEAN, who formally acknowledged all agreements. The text reproduced here was never adopted officially and is based on a draft archived by the ASEAN Secretariat Resource Centre. |
