Entry into Force / Termination Provisions	Article 2: Entry into Force “1. This Protocol shall form an integral part of the Agreement. It shall enter into force ninety (90) days after the date of signing. 2. Each Party shall, upon the completion of its internal procedures for the entry into force of this Protocol, notify all the other Parties in writing. 3. Where a Party has not completed its internal procedures for the entry into force of this Protocol within 90 days after the date of signing of this Protocol, this Protocol shall enter into force in relation to that Party on the date of notification of completion of such internal procedures.”

Additional Information	This instrument amends Annex 2 of the 2006 Agreement on Trade in Goods under the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation among the Governments of the Member Countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and the Republic of Korea. Annex 2 was also amended again in the 2015 Third Protocol to Amend the Agreement on Trade in Goods under the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation among the Governments of the Member Countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and the Republic of Korea.
