The second installment of the Centre for International Law’s Fireside Chat Series on International Law and Diplomacy – “The Land Reclamation Case: Lessons in Law and Diplomacy” – took place on 2 March 2012, at the NUS Bukit Timah Campus. Hosted by Professor S Jayakumar, the discussion provided a unique insight into Singapore’s whole of government approach to international litigation generally, and specifically the 2002 land reclamation case, as each of the panelists played a key role in the proceedings brought by Malaysia.
