ASEAN Integration Through Law Book Series
The primary outcome of the ITL project is the publication of the ASEAN Integration Through Law Book Series edited by Professor Joseph Weiler (NYU Law School, NUS Law School) and Dr Tan Hsien-Li (NUS Law School). The book series puts in place the building blocks for an authentic body of ASEAN and Asian integration theory developed in and with sensitivity to the particularities and peculiarities of the Region and Continent. A theory and conceptual framework of Asian legal integration will signal the coming of age of research of and in the region itself.
To date, the series comprises 18 published titles across the fields of ASEAN’s General Architecture, External Legal Relations, the ASEAN Economic Community, Human Rights and Environment. Further publications and projects are in progress.
